• Shop domain and store identification information
• Authentication and session data required to keep the app working securely
• Product data, inventory data, product categories, and related merchant store data accessed through the Shopify Admin API
• Support information that a merchant chooses to send to us

2. How we use information

We use this information only to:

• Authenticate merchants and maintain app sessions
• Provide bulk product management features requested by the merchant
• Update product prices, inventory, tracking settings, categories, and product deletion actions when initiated by the merchant
• Maintain app reliability, security, and support
• Comply with legal obligations

3. How information is shared

We do not sell merchant data. We only share information when necessary with Shopify and infrastructure providers that host and secure the app, including DigitalOcean, or when required to comply with the law, enforce our rights, or protect the app and its merchants.

4. Shopify data and limited access

The app accesses Shopify store data only within the permissions granted by the merchant during installation. The app is designed for merchant operations related to products and inventory. The app does not request protected customer data as part of its core functionality.

5. Data retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the app, maintain secure sessions, resolve support issues, and meet legal or operational requirements. Stored app sessions are removed after Shopify notifies the app that a merchant has uninstalled it.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Merchants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information where applicable by contacting us using the contact details below.
