Complete a bulk operation

Follow this sequence to search, select, review, and update Shopify products with a controlled workflow.

Before you begin

Open OD Batch Modification from Shopify Admin. Confirm that you are in the intended store and review the current subscription status.

Step-by-step

  1. Find the productsSearch by title, handle, SKU, or supported Shopify product search syntax.
  2. Select the intended productsReview each visible item and use individual selection or select all visible products.
  3. Choose one bulk operationUse price, inventory increase, inventory tracking, category, or product deletion.
  4. Enter and review the valueConfirm the target price, location, quantity, tracking mode, or category before submitting.
  5. Submit and wait for the resultKeep the page open while the app processes batches, retries temporary failures, and summarizes the outcome.
  6. Confirm the Shopify resultReview the completion summary and spot-check affected products in Shopify Admin.
Product deletion cannot be undone by the app. Review every selected product before submitting a deletion.
